Henry — The Potter of Budderlee Henry creates the everyday treasures found throughout Budderlee—Maisie’s pie dishes, Theodore’s flowerpots, and the mugs neighbors gather around for tea. He works slowly, believing that a wandering stripe or uneven edge is what makes a piece special. When someone needs encouragement, Henry quietly leaves a small handmade vessel at their door. Through his pottery, he reminds the village that useful things can be beautiful and even the simplest object can carry kindness from one home to another.
