The story behind the painting

Theodore the Gardener Theodore belongs to a younger generation of Budderlee residents—curious, hardworking, and always happiest with a little soil beneath his paws. His love of the natural world inspired him to establish the village nursery, where he carefully tends young plants and helps them grow strong enough to find homes throughout Budderlee. He works closely with Clara, the village florist, growing many of the flowers and greenery that fill her beautiful arrangements. Theodore is also a close friend of Juniper, Budderlee’s apothecary, who often seeks his help finding and cultivating useful herbs.
